VI Imaging Intensive

Two days to strengthen your entire imaging program.

During the two days on site, Robert: 

  • Trains and coaches the whole team in DR, US and/or CT, using your equipment and workflows. 

  • Performs the Inspection Ready X-ray Compliance review for radiation safety, documentation, equipment and staff practices. 

  • Reviews image quality and acquisition workflow to identify where diagnostic quality could improve. 

  • Consults on planned equipment purchases, replacements, or upgrades, including whether the investment makes sense at all.

  • Leaves practice leaders with a prioritized action plan of what's working, what needs attention, what the team should keep practicing, and where investment may be warranted.
